   pH Ranking - Alkaline to Acid
Here are some groups of foods ranked that give a deeper understanding of which fits best - alkaline or acid - with your pH balancing needs. The pH scale runs from 0-14 with 7.0 be a neutral pH and with a pH of 6.4 to 6.8 being the most suggested when considering your biological terrain first thing in the morning (urine & saliva) - it will change to alkaline numbers throughout the day with 7.0 - 7.8 being the norm a couple hours after eating.*
