The pH scale runs from 0-14 with 7.0 be a neutral pH and with a pH of 6.4 to 6.8 being the most suggested when considering your biological terrain first thing in the morning (urine & saliva) - it will change to alkaline numbers throughout the day with 7.0 - 7.8 being the norm a couple hours after eating.*

Regulatory Factors
The following factors tend to promote normalization of pH through physiological mechanisms. They do not supply mineral elements which directly influence body chemistry. To directly influence pH values through acid or alkaline mineral administration, see: Alkalosis or Acidosis.* Normalization of the function of the glands and kidneys which regulates pH balance should be the primary consideration.
